Data Deletion Request

NutriOptio & NutriOptio Pro — Developer: NutriOptio LLC

NutriOptio has two products: a free public site (no accounts, minimal data) and NutriOptio Pro (subscription, signed-in accounts). Pick the section that applies to you below.

NutriOptio Pro account holders

If you signed up for NutriOptio Pro (subscription product, signed in with email), you have two ways to delete your data:

Option 1 — Delete inside the app (recommended)

  1. Open NutriOptio Pro and sign in.
  2. Tap the menu (☰) → SettingsDelete my account.
  3. Confirm. Your account, profile, meal logs, activity logs, scanned photos, and Diet Coach chats are deleted within 30 days. You will receive an email confirming completion.

(If you don't see the option yet, the in-app flow rolls out with the next release — use Option 2 in the meantime.)

Option 2 — Email our Privacy Office

Email privacy@nutrioptio.com from the address on your Pro account with the subject line "Pro Account Deletion Request". We will:

Important: Deleting your account will cancel any active Pro subscription. We will not issue automatic refunds for the unused portion of the current billing period unless required by your state's law — but you can request one in your email and we'll review it in good faith.

What data does NutriOptio collect?

The public site at nutrioptio.com does not require accounts and does not track your location. The only data we collect is:

What data we do not collect

How to request data deletion

Because NutriOptio has no user accounts, we cannot identify "your" specific search history or feedback. However, if you have submitted written feedback comments and would like them removed, or if you simply want to confirm no data is associated with your device, email us:

Include in your email:

We will process your request within 30 days and reply confirming what was deleted (or confirming no data was found for your request).

Uninstalling the app

Uninstalling NutriOptio from your device removes all locally-stored data (preferences, anonymous session ID). Server-side data is governed by the retention rules above.
